Delete a person's data

Remove a person's linked events and identity records, for example after a deletion request.

From the dashboard

  1. Open Settings → Erase a person

    Enter an email, your application's user ID or a visitor ID.

  2. Confirm the deletion

Details

  • This deletes linked events and identity records.
  • Payments remain in revenue totals, with their personal links removed.
