Find your symptom, then check the listed causes in order.

Tracking

SymptomCheck
No visitsThe site ID and allowed domains, the script.js and /api/v1/collect requests, exclusions, automation detection and blockers. Localhost is ignored unless enabled. See Install & verify.
Collect returns domain_not_allowedThe page's hostname isn't one of your site's domains or their subdomains. Add it in Settings → Site.
No collect request at allConfirm the script tag still has data-site-id in the rendered page and isn't inside an iframe. Script optimizers can strip attributes.

Revenue

SymptomCheck
Revenue but no sourceCheckout metadata and user identification. Payments without a matching tracked visit can still appear in Revenue.
Connected but zero revenueThe date range, currency, import progress and whether the purchase is live/production. Test purchases are excluded.
RevenueCat not connectedCopy the entire authorization header including Bearer, check the webhook URL, then send a test event from RevenueCat.

Search Console

SymptomCheck
Missing Google propertyReconnect with the correct Google account, verify the property, and check your site's domains.
Empty Search Console reportChoose an older period and confirm Google has indexed the site. New data usually arrives a few days late.

Account

SymptomCheck
Lost site secretThe existing key cannot be recovered. Contact support@metricraven.com before replacing the site, so you preserve its reporting history.
