Features
Weekly & monthly email reports
Each member can get a short report per site: every Monday for the previous week, and optionally on the 1st for the previous month.
Choose your reports
Open Settings → Notifications
Under Your emails, switch Weekly report (on by default) and Monthly report (off by default).
Check your time zone
Reports arrive at 8:00 in the time zone you pick, and weeks and months start at midnight there. Use the shortcut to take your browser’s zone.
The choice is yours alone; other members of the site keep their own settings. The email’s unsubscribe link turns off that report for that site.
What’s in a report
| Section | Shows |
|---|---|
| Headline | Visitors and revenue, and the change in visitors compared with the period before. |
| Key numbers | Visitors, pageviews, revenue (when you have payments), conversion rate or your primary goal, bounce rate and time on site, each with its change. |
| Top channels and referrers | Where visitors came from, with revenue when payments are linked. |
| Top pages and countries | The five most visited of each. |
| Open full report | The dashboard for exactly that period. |
- Weekly: Monday 00:00 to Monday 00:00, compared with the week before.
- Monthly: the previous calendar month, compared with the month before.
- Revenue is shown in the currency most of the period’s payments used.
- With a primary goal set, the report shows its conversions instead of the purchase rate.
A week without visits still sends a short report, so you notice if tracking stopped. Each report goes out once per person and period, even if delivery is retried.
